Services for Shipping
We only send through reputable courier providers to ensure that your product arrives in good condition and in the shortest time possible. We may choose to mail your things through Government Registered Parcel if no courier service is available in your area.

Our product prices on the internet include GST, but do not include shipping and delivery costs, which will be added to your order based on the weight and volume of your shipment. Depending on the value of your order, KYFF may opt to decrease or waive all or part of the Shipping & Delivery Charges.

Orders are shipped within 3 working days or according to the delivery date you specify when you place your order (whichever is later). Most orders are delivered in 7 to 8 business days. All orders will be delivered to the address provided by you at the time of purchase.

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery

If you decline to accept the package, please return it to the delivery person. When returning a product, please make sure the original product tag and packaging are still attached.
