Only under the following circumstances may you return a product purchased from the Company:
In the case of a packaged goods, the package should not have been opened, be in excellent condition, and be returned within 24 hours after receipt.

There are a few items that are exempt from being returned. Food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines are perishable items that cannot be returned.

The Consumer will be given a shop credit if the product is returned to the Company.
Intimate or sanitary goods, dangerous items, and flammable substances or gases are also not accepted.

Other non-returnable items include:
Gift certificates
Software that can be downloaded
Some health and beauty products

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item. We'll also let you know whether your refund has been approved or denied. If you are authorized, your refund will be processed and given to you in the form of a store credit.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sadly, discounted products are not.

You'll get a gift credit for the value of your return if the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the returned item has been received. If the item wasn't identified as a gift when it was purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to them to present to you later, we'll send a refund to the gift giver, and he'll figure out what to do with it

The time it takes for your returned product to reach you will vary depending on where you reside.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or obtaining shipping insurance when shipping an item. We can't promise that we'll get your returned item.
